  • GMM supporting Bladder Scanner Appeal

    Nick Booth
    Mon 18/02/2019

Ken Watson, musician of Grimsby Morris Men, presents a cheque for £1400.10 to Sister Monika Gajowiak, Sister Tina Harness and Sister Kate Denholm of the Acute Medical Unit, Diana Princess of Wales Hospital and Laura Gooderham of the Health Tree Foundation, all surrounded by other members of Grimsby Morris Men. The presentation took place at our regular practice at 8 pm on Monday 18/2/19.

During December and January GMM danced out and performed the Jerusalem Plough Play, with each performance followed by a collection for the Acute Medical Unit's Bladder Scanner Appeal.

An additional donation of £350 was presented from Cleethorpes Light Railway in lieu of wages for Santa Claus.
